When choosing tiles, consider what colour of grout works well, with both the tile and your room. Lighter grouts offer a more modern feel, darker grouts offer a traditional feel.

I specialise in creating authentic period floors using high‑quality geometric tiles, traditional patterns, and beautifully detailed borders—perfect for hallways, porches, bathrooms, and heritage properties of all kinds.

Traditional floors are made up from different sizes and shapes of tiles, all of which are laid individually by hand. This method takes longer than modern tiling, but the finish and appearance is fantastic.

At Stafford Plumbing & Tiling by Shaun Hughes, I specialise in the new Installation of all domestic plumbing systems. Delivering water to exactly where its needed.

Indoor and Outdoor plumbing, heating and radiators. We also offer resolutions for most plumbing faults and issues.

I work with both plastic and traditional soldered copper piping.

Do you offer Emergency Plumbing Response?

Regretfully we are unable to offer emergency response plumbing as part of our services package. That does not mean we can't help! Give us a call and we might be able to assist. If you have a plumbing emergency locate your stop tap and close it by turning it clock wise. If this still fails to stop the flow of water, locate your external stop tap, usually in the street or under your driveway and isolate the water supply from there.

Are your plumbers qualified and insured?

Absolutely! Our plumbers are fully qualified and possess extensive qualifications backed up with years of experience in the plumbing and tiling industry. We are also fully insured, giving you peace of mind and confidence in the quality of our services.

What locations do you cover?

We cover most towns and surrounding villages within the county of Staffordshire and even some in Shropshire. Stafford, Stone, Eccleshall, Market Drayton, Stoke On Trent, Cheadle, Rugeley, Uttoxeter, Rugeley, and Lichfield. In Shropshire we also cover Telford and Newport.
